I started P90X the original last week and worked out all 6 days last week and didn't take a DANG picture!
My good friend Amy said she was kind of sort of looking for a challenge to get ready for a wedding and so I said, ok, forced her to commit to 30 days of P90X. It has been awesome. I actually can't believe how much stronger I am now than when I did it my first round back in 2009
Funny how I'm actually 30 pounds heavier than I was back then yet I'm staying strong and pushing harder than the first time.
We've been doing our workouts before work and I think that's why I keep forgetting to document our journey. I'm usually in such a hurry to get to work that I get to work and think "dang it. I forgot to take a pic."
I'm also at work on my lunch break today and can't upload the pictures I took of workouts over the weekend while I was in Idaho, so prepare yourselves for a big photo post in the next day or so.
I just wanted to report that I have indeed been kicking my own but each morning even though my 30 day photo challenge has been a bust. Come to think of it, this is totally classic of me haha. Start a project...then get sidetracked doing something else and then forget to finish up the project.
My latest good news is that the doctor is giving me some HCG and progesterone this month to see if it helps me conceive a child.
To celebrate, Dan and I are going to Lagoon on Saturday so I can ride as many wild rollercoasters as possible before I am lucky enough to be "with child."
I guess being on crack is more dangerous for a pregnancy than being overweight is (that's a near quote from the doc)
I am trying to convince myself that it's ok if I weigh more now than most people do when they deliver their babies. Here's to happiness and softness!
