Ok, it's 5 minutes until midnight so here I go with my thoughts for the day. I went to yoga and had my but kicked and kept thinking how different my body used to move and feel when I wasn't as heavy. DANG IT I WANT THAT BODY BACK!!!!
Second thought- I watched 2 episodes of Biggest Loser and cried like a baby. Watching the people cry because someone they loved died and tell how it led them down a road of overeating totally made me think about myself. I still miss Hollie and that was a point in my life where I turned the wrong way...I'm trying to find my way back one step at a time. Goodnight!
