90 Day challenge, month 1 (click to get a printable calendar)
I am very excited to get going on the 90 day challenge for wellness. I am opening this challenge to anyone, and it's up to you to stay accountable. I like sticker charts, probably because when I was younger I had a barbie sticker chart for not wetting the bed and got this awesome barbie that had blonde hair that turned pink in the sun.
You can visit the blog everyday for a little tip or post about the challenge for that day. I've made it so you can print the calendar off to put on your fridge and keep track that way, as most of the daily tasks are pretty self explanatory. I am participating in all the challenges too and would love to hear how everyone is doing on them! There will also be a little calendar for the week on my blog assuming I can figure out how to embed it. The first 30 days should be things anyone and everyone can do and for a lot of people, you probably already do these things. If you aren't there yet, give it a try, I know you can do it!
I am happy to say that my little vacation from being 100% on medifast was well needed and I have had a much better week sticking to my program. I am giving myself until July to be 100% and then I think it is time to get back to eating normal food. I've developed a lot of habits and would recommend it to anyone who is ready for a big kick start in their weight loss journey. I don't sell medifast (only medifast the company does actually) but I really would recommend it to someone who is really struggling to get the scale moving.
I really believe that health and wellness is about WAY more than the number on the scale or how many push ups you can do and that's what this fun little 90 challenge is about.
As for the 100 party, I have one more pound to get me back under 200!!! And this time it will be for more than 24 hours. I will be planning a summer BBQ for this and you are ALL invited.

Great idea Stephanie! I want to join. However, I can't access your calendar. I signed up as bmp21 and it says you have to authorize something?
ReplyDeleteAh thanks Brooke! I think I fixed it. I must have forgot to update it to public when I was editing it. Let me know if it works, my husband just tried it and it worked for him, so here's hoping it sticks!
