breakthrough

What a day. Dan spent over 12 hours at the new Coney's in American Fork getting ready for the friends and family night. This left me home alone for a few hours tonight. My breakthrough was that I asked myself the question "Am I hungry?" before devouring the remaining sugar cookies still lingering from Halloween. The answer was no, so I left the plate in the kitchen and went about my business and was proud I only ate 2 instead of 3 or 4 or 5. I am exhausted. Goodnight.
